RFP-HealthCar WC 23-05 - RFP - WC 23-05 Oil Change Services for Public Health Vehicles

Summary of Specifications:
The intent of this RFP is to secure routine maintenance Oil Change Services for all 46 Warren County Public Health Department Vehicles. Oil changes shall be scheduled for every 3,000 miles. Repair and service locations must be located in Warren County within 6 Miles of the Warren County Municipal Center, 1340 State Route 9, Lake George, NY 12845. Non-emergency maintenance and repairs may also be performed (or scheduled) at the Oil Service site at the discretion of the Public Health Director. Vendors submitting RFP may also be requested to perform emergency repairs if available. Warren County reserves the right to obtain services elsewhere whenever deemed in the best interest of the County. All engines and associated equipment must be serviced and repaired by only authorized repair mechanics at NYS certified repair facilities. Routine repairs to department vehicles must be done in a timely manner so that County employees may get back to work. Term of this RFP shall run from January 1, 2005 through December 31, 2005. The contract, as written, may be extended for one (1) calendar year
