Summary of Specifications:
Warren County is requesting proposals designed to evaluate current Social Service systems and programs, identify opportunities for savings, and reduce the net County cost of the Social Service Programs and an Adult Residential Care Facility. Warren County desires to receive separate proposals for particular program areas or groupings more specifically described in the Scope of Services section of this RFP. Persons or companies interested in responding to this RFP are requested to submit proposals for each program area or grouping. Each proposal should take into consideration that the County desires to evaluate current operations and systems. Once a Consultant is retained and has completed a review of the programs and systems, it is anticipated that the Consultant will make recommendations for operational, systems, and program improvements that will best result in cost savings to the County of Warren without degradation of services to eligible recipients.
