The Office of Community Services for Warren and Washington Counties is seeking proposals for the redesign of NYS OASAS-funded Residential Services in Warren and Washington Counties consistent with NYS OASAS Regulations Part 820. These services are designed to help persons who lack a safe and supportive residential option in the community to achieve changes in their substance use disorder behaviors within a safe and supportive setting. The proposed locations should be within reasonable proximity of services that would be needed by the residents of the service.
