Description

This Request for Proposals (RFP) is being issued by Warren County Office of Emergency Services (OES) for the purpose of issuing a contract for the assistance and support, on as-needed basis, to the OES and staff with Disaster/Emergency response program development and support, on-site and emergency operations center (EOC) emergency response personnel, disaster debris monitoring services, as well as cost recovery activities.

The need for consulting services with trained and qualified personnel to assist OES respond to and recovery from a disaster is critical. The occurrences of catastrophic events, including natural, man-made, biological, and hazmat, enforces the critical need to have the response capability and the ability to recover from a disaster, as well as to include recovery of associated costs.

Due to COVID-19 and restricted access to County facilities, bids may be submitted by curbside drop off or via USPS, FedEx or UPS to the undersigned at Warren County Human Services Building, Warren County Purchasing Department, 3rd Floor, 1340 State Route 9, Lake George, New York 12845. If dropping off via curbside delivery, vendors must make an appointment with the Purchasing Department and will be met at the front of the building upon their scheduled time. Please note, County mail is picked up from the Lake George Post Office each weekday morning. Bids delivered to said post office on the afternoon of bid opening day will not be received until the following day. Please account for this if using the USPS. FedEx and UPS deliver directly to the Municipal Center.
