It is the intent of these specifications to obtain an as-needed service contract for tank cleaning and/or water/sludge removal, transport, and disposal from bulk petroleum storage tanks. Removal and replacement of tank monitoring equipment shall be done by a Warren County employee. All tank cleaning and/or water/sludge removed from the bulk tank shall be verified by a Warren County employee.
