Summary of Specifications:
Work Included: Provide aviation gasoline fuel facility as indicated in the specifications herein, including but not limited to: Aboveground storage tanks (AST) specified herein shall be provided with secondary containment, overfill prevention, leak detection, normal and emergency vents, and other features required by governing standards listed herein. Tanks and appurtenances shall be shop-built, pressure tested, and painted prior to shipment to the site. Aviation Gasoline (“AvGas”) AST system: Provide a 4,000 gallon pre-fabricated avgas storage tank with integral pump house. The storage tank system shall be constructed horizontally with 360 degree double wall containment. The tank shall include manway openings, labels, and other features described herein. The integrated pump house shall include a roll-up door, interior lighting, containment for equipment, piping, and a platform to house fuel transfer and dispensing equipment, including pump(s) and motor(s), motor starter, filter monitor, valves, meter train, hose, static grounding cable, and related appurtenances for a complete system. The system shall include a card reader terminal, dispensing system and hose, electric hose rewind, static grounding cable and signage to facilitate aircraft self-service fueling as described herein. Fuel management system (FMS): Provide a FMS with card reader terminal attached to the tank/pump system as described herein. The specifications specifically refer to the manufacture, testing, delivery, and start-up of the systems defined herein. Installation of the system in the field will be performed by Warren County personnel with advise from the successful supplier.
