ITB-WC 25-20 - Warren County Floyd Bennett Memorial Airport Construct 6-Bay T-Hanger Phase 1

Warren County offices are closed to the public.  If submitting a proposal, you must send by USPS, UPS or Fedex.  No exceptions.  We do not have a drop off option. 

• This project will consist of a BASE BID to construct a 6-Bay T-Hangar on the existing apron as shown on the plans.  The structure will be a complete Pre-Engineered metal building with manual fold-tite stacker doors.  The project will include ADD ALT-1 to construct another 2-Bay T-Hangar adjacent to the proposed 6-Bay T-Hangar.  An ELECTRICAL BASE BID is also included in this project to bring electrical service to the hangar, and install lights and outlets as shown.  ADD ALT-2 is also included for electrical work required for the additional 2-Bay Hangar.
