Description

The WAYNE COUNTY PUBLIC WORKS (hereinafter “Public Works”),on behalf of COUNTY OF WAYNE (hereinafter “County”),will contract for Cooling Towers, Boilers and Potable Water Treatment Services for multiple County facilities. It is the intent of the County of Wayne to contract with a single contractor and to establish a lump sum bid price for this work. Notwithstanding the details presented in the specifications, it shall be the responsibility of the bidder to verify the completeness of same to meet the intent of the specifications.
