Smallwares for the new Wayne-Finger Lakes BOCES Conference Center commercial kitchen. Kitchen will be be used for the Culinary Arts Program focusing on preparing students to meet the challenge of employment and continuing education in the Culinary Field. The Culinary Arts Program coursework meets the national standards set by the Prostart. This is a one - time purchase to supply the initial inventory of smallwares needed to stock the new kitchen. This is an all or none award. BOCES does reserve the right to award by line item. All awarded products shall be shipped FOB destination. Award will be made within 60 days of posting of this quote.
