Summary of Specifications:
The Board of Cooperative Educational Services of Wayne-Ontario-Seneca-Yates-Cayuga Counties, known as Wayne-Finger Lakes BOCES (the “BOCES”) is seeking Request for Proposals (RFP) for insurance valuation purposes. BOCES is not requesting a fixed asset tracking and depreciation system based on historical cost. Currently, the BOCES has an inventory clerk who maintains this information on a system called Sage Software. The inventory system includes as asset tagging feature. Information from the BOCES system may be used to provide supporting information to the selected vendor. However, the vendor will not have direct access to the program.
