ITB-12-500 - HVAC Equipment Upgrades Phase 3 Yonkers Joint Wastewater Treatment Yonkers,N.Y.

:       The work under this contract consists of providing all necessary labor, material and equipment required to Upgrade the HVAC system, odor control, fire alarm, and gas detection equipment in the primary and secondary areas of the Yonkers Joint Wastewater Treatment Plant.  Work will include duct and equipment cleaning and building management system improvements.  New Equipment will be integrated into the plant wide SCADA system. Buildings affected include: the Dewatering Building, Operating Gallery, Secondary Access Buildings 1 and 2, Secondary Digester Building, Primary Thickener Building, Sodium Hypochlorite Building, Scrubber Equipment Building, Primary Odor Control Building, South Pumping Station including the Access and Storage Buildings, Primary Access Control Buildings 1,2, and 3, Sludge Control Building, Electrical Building, and Service Tunnels.
