A second Pre-Bid Site Inspection has been scheduled to take place at 10:00 a.m. on
Tuesday, February 28, 2017 at Yonkers Joint Wastewater Treatment Plant –
Administration Building Lobby, 1 Fernbrook Street, Yonkers, New York at which time
Bidders will examine the work site under escort by the County’s representative. The
February 28, 2017 Pre-Bid Site Inspection at 10:00 a.m. is MANDATORY for any new
Contractors. Contractors who attended the February 21, 2017 Pre-Bid Site Inspection are not
required to attend this second site inspection.”
“BIDS FROM CONTRACTORS NOT IN ATTENDANCE AT EITHER THE
FEBRUARY 21, 2017 OR FEBRUARY 28, 2017 MEETING, OR THOSE WHO FAIL
TO SIGN THE ATTENDANCE SHEET, WILL BE REJECTED.”
