Under this Contract the Contractor shall provide all necessary labor, material and equipment to perform a heavy cleaning to restore flow capacity of the heavily silted 18 and 24 inch diameter Blind Brook Section K-1 Trunk Sewer and upon completion of cleaning, the Contractor shall perform a post cleaning internal closed circuit television inspection (CCTV) to verify the completion of cleaning and to inspect the cleaned lines and manholes for defects.

Each bidder is required to submit the full set of authorized Proposal pages, and the bid must also be accompanied by the “Bid Bond and Consent of Surety” - Proposal Page 10, attached to the outside of the sealed bid. Failure to submit in this manner will cause the bid to be rejected. The successful bidder will be required to furnish a Performance Bond for one hundred (100) percent of the total amount Bid.
