20-534 - Kemeys Cove Force Main Rehabilitation Phase-1 Inter. Repair,OSSD, Ossining, N.Y.

The work under this contract consists of providing all necessary labor, material and equipment required to rehabilitate approximately 420 linear feet of the existing Kemeys Cove Force Main from the Kemeys Cove Pumping Station along Kemeys Avenue to the intersection of Kemeys Avenue and Revolutionary Road. Rehabilitation will include the direct replacement of the approximately 40 linear feet of existing 10” cast iron pipe with new 10” ductile iron pipe and the cured-in-place lining of approximately 380 linear feet of existing 10” cast iron pipe. The work will include temporary installation of bypass piping and pumping equipment to maintain sewage flows around the work area. New valves and fittings will be installed to facilitate future force main construction and repair while maintaining pumping operations. Site restoration including paving and repair of grassed surfaces.  (Bid range - $430,000.00 to $470,000.00).
