Summary of Specifications:
All work under this contract, which includes, but is not limited to, window removal and replacement, construction of isolation areas, and all other lead abatement/disposal/testing/and painting, shall be performed by Licensed E.P.A. In addition, all business owners performing work under this contract shall also be licensed by the E.P.A. to perform Lead-based paint activities.
