WCA 19003 - Line Striping and Runway Rubber Removal, Westchester County Airport

The successful bidder will be responsible for line striping of runways and associated 
infrastructure including alpha and numeric identifiers on the pavement surfaces at the Westchester County Airport.  Additionally, the contractor shall be responsible for the removal of rubber from the runway surfaces left by aircraft on landing as further described in the technical specifications of this 
contract. The primary requirement of this contract is that the Contractor have the equipment and 
manpower to perform the services as listed in the Technical Specifications and be familiar with FAA 
and NYSDOT regulations for this type of work. Contractors are reminded that the work to be 
performed is on the airport property and they will be subject to airport rules and regulations 
including security identification badging and criminal background checks of workers as further 
described in the technical specifications. The Contractor shall not
subcontract more than Ten percent (10%) of the Contractor's bid.
