Summary of Specifications:
The work under this contract consists of providing all necessary labor, material and equipment required to remove the existing pool structure and to construct a new water park facility. The new facility will include a lazy river, body slides, slide pool, slide tower, and children’s pool containing a multi-level play structure along with a new concessions building, equipment room and water filtration systems. Also included is the construction of a turf volleyball court, overlook deck, life guard towers, and, new asphalt drives, ramps and bridges necessary for connecting the main areas of pedestrian circulation with the internal islands of the new lazy river.
