Description

The work under this contract is described in detail in the Technical Specifications section and consists of providing all specified labor, material, and equipment to perform radio tower, antenna system and related infrastructure inspection, installation and maintenance services for various county radio antenna sites. This contract is for a term of three (3) years with one two (2) year renewal at the discretion of the County.

Event Note

A. Handicapped parking is available at 4 Dana Road. All others must park in the adjacent 35 Walker Road lot. Those interested may follow on a tour of approx 10 of the 24 total sites. The intent of the tour will be to allow bidders to visit sites that they would not be able to visit on their own due to access issues. Sites which do not require escort may be visited by bidders at their convenience. A CD or DVD with a minimum of 2 photos of each of the 24 sites will be provided to those interested at the beginning of the Pre-Bid Site Inspection meeting & will include addresses & directions for sites that may be visited without escort.
B. The Inspection will include a site within the Department of Correction facility, and all attendees must show government issued photo ID. Bidders must contact Adam Epstein at 914-995-6375 prior to the Inspection and provide their company name and the names of all individuals that will be attending as the names appear on their government issued photo IDs.
