A. Bidders will be permitted to examine the work sites under escort by the County’s representative at 8:30 a.m. on March 1, 2023 at the Westchester County Department of Emergency Services, 4 Dana Road, Valhalla, 10595. (Handicapped parking is available at 4 Dana Road. All others must park in the adjacent 35 Walker Road lot). Those interested may follow County personnel on a tour of approximately twelve (12) of the twenty seven (27) total sites. It is anticipated that the tour will take the whole day. The intent of the tour will be to allow bidders to visit sites that they would not be able to visit on their own due to access issues. Sites where access does not require County escort may be visited by bidders at their convenience. A CD or DVD with a
minimum of two photos of each of the 27 sites will be provided to those interested at the beginning of the Pre-Bid Site Inspection meeting. The CD/DVD will also include addresses and directions for sites that may be visited without County escort.
B. The Pre-Bid Site Inspection will include a site within the Department of Correction facility, and all attendees must show government issued photo ID prior to entering the facility. Bidders must contact Robert Wilson, Department of Information Technology at 914-995-2679 prior to 5:00 PM Eastern Time on February 27, 2023 and provide their company name and the names of all individuals that will be attending as the names appear on their government issued photo IDs.
