Description

The work to be performed under this Contract consists of furnishing labor and equipment for the safe removal of all Dewatered Sewage Sludge separated from the New Rochelle Water Resource Recovery Facility and dispose of it off site at an approved disposal site for a three (3) year period beginning March 1, 2024 and terminating on February 28, 2027. The Contract may be extended by mutual consent of the Contractor and the County of Westchester for three (3) additional one-year option periods, with all prices, terms and conditions for each one-year option period remaining the same as the original contract.
