Summary of Specifications:
The work to be performed under this Contract consists of furnishing labor and equipment for the removal and disposal of sewage sludge from the Ossining, Peekskill and Port Chester Wastewater Treatment Plants. The Contractor shall have the capability of removing sewage sludge from the Thickening Tanks or Digester Tanks from each plant and the necessary removal and the required transport equipment to perform this service on a continuous basis for a period of three (3) consecutive years.
