ITB-EF-1409 - Replacement of Access Covers, Hatches and Doors, N.Y.

Summary of Specifications:
The Contractor shall provide, all labor, equipment, and materials required for the following: Replace existing steel access hatch with a new precast concrete slab with two (2) cast iron frame and access manhole covers cast into the slab at the Wells Ave Regulator. Replace two (2) aluminum access hatches and slabs at the Ashburton Low Level Regulator. The above two hatches are located in the City of Yonkers. Also, remove one access hatch, and refurbish/and repair one existing aluminum access hatch at the Yonkers Joint WWTP CSO BLDG. Under Bid Alternate Item A1, remove one access hatch at the Blind Brook WWTP and replace with a County supplied access hatch.
