Description

The work under this contract consists of providing all necessary labor, material and equipment required to rehabilitate the Drake Avenue and Hudson Park Siphon Chambers in the New Rochelle Sanitary Sewer District in New Rochelle, New York. This work provides for upgrading of sewer system components and related controls reaching the end of their useful life including, but not limited to, bar screens, sluice gates, stop logs, ladders, gratings, steps, railings and ventilation system. (Bid range: $ 6,000,000.00 to $ 6,900,000.00).

“A second Pre-Bid Site Inspection has been scheduled to take place at 10:00 a.m. Tuesday, April 20, 2021 at the first site, 290 Drake Avenue, New Rochelle, NY 10805, at which time they will examine the work site under escort by the County’s representative and then move on to the second site Hudson Park Siphon Chambers. The April 20, 2021 Pre-Bid Site Inspection at 10:00 a.m. is MANDATORY for any new Contractors. Contractors who attended the March 30, 2021 Pre-Bid Site Inspection are not required to attend this second site inspection.”
