Presently, due to the effect of the COVID-19 Crisis, a pre-Bid and a public Bid opening meeting will not be held by the William Floyd Union Free School District. Prospective Bidders who have questions about the Bid specification can contact the School District via electronic mail and/or facsimile. All other known prospective Bidders of record will be informed of the questions(s) and the response(s). Bidders and other interested parties can request Bid submission information and will receive such information through an alternate information process.

Questions pertaining to the Bid specification will be answered by email by contacting Jennifer Schildkraut by Tuesday, May 12th , and a copy of all questions with the answers will be shared with all prospective Bidders of record.
