for a twelve (12) month period beginning on or about July 1, 2022, and ending June 30, 2023. The proposal includes an option to renew for four consecutive one year periods upon mutual agreement between ABSS and the successful vendor.

All proposals are due at the ABSS Administrative Office, 1712 Vaughn Rd., Burlington, NC 27217 no later than 2:00 pm,
January 21, 2022. There will not be a public opening.
A mandatory pre-proposal conference will be held on a determined date and time for all interested bidders. Required site visitations will follow the conference.
Proposals may not be withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) days from the date of the bid opening.
Minority businesses are encouraged to submit bids for this project. The ABSS Board of Education awards public contracts without regard to race, religion, color, creed, national origin, sex, age or handicapped condition as defined by North Carolina General Statutes, Section 168A-3.
The Board reserves the right to reject any or all bids presented and to waive any informalities and irregularities. ABSS reserves the right to reject any and all proposals not considered to be in the best interest of ABSS, to negotiate with one or more of the companies submitting proposals, or to reject all proposals.
