      4. General Scope of Work: Replace asphalt running track, re-grade portions of site to improve drainage, and rehabilitate storm drainage facilities.

      1. Sealed bids for the project will be received from bidders by the Owner at the address listed below until 2:00 PM on Wednesday, January 4, 2023, at which time they will be publicly opened and read.

    2. BIDDING REQUIREMENTS
      1. All bidders shall be properly licensed under the state laws governing their trades.
      2. Section 00 21 13 "Instructions to Bidders" for bid security and bonding requirements.
      3. Submit questions to REI Engineers in writing to the email address listed above no later than 5:00 PM on Thursday, December 15, 2022.
