The City of Jacksonville Rehabilitation Project – 109 Carver Rd. The
work will be to repair floor system; remove gutters and repair fascia boards;
Replace roof; Bathroom repair; Replace garage door. All repairs will include
Asbestos and Lead abatement where applicable according to test reports. The
work also includes all equipment, labor, material and services required for the
City of Jacksonville.
