The City of Jacksonville, Fleet Maintenance Center is requesting quotes for providing 24 hour towing services for vehicles/equipment for The City of Jacksonville. This request is for quotes only.
The term of this AGREEMENT shall be for a three-year term beginning on July 1, 2024 and ending on June 30, 2027, with an option to renew for two additional one-year terms. Please give a price on all items listed below.
We are asking for a guaranteed price starting IMMEDIATELY through June 30, 2027. At the end of each Fiscal Year, the Purchase Order will be closed and new prices will be requested from the awarded vendor with minimal price adjustment if needed.
Please provide a price for the services listed below. If you are unable to supply the service, please note that on your bid.
Your unit cost must include all applicable fees. The City of Jacksonville Fleet Maintenance Center is located at 350 South Marine Boulevard, Building C, Jacksonville, NC 28540.
We ask that you submit your quote to the Fleet Maintenance Center no later than 2:00 p.m. on July 5th, 2024. You may fax, mail, e-mail or hand deliver the quotes back to City of Jacksonville Fleet Maintenance.
The below table must be filled in with your total costs. A quote on your letterhead or in your Company format will not be accepted. It is our preference (but not required) to email the document to you, then for you to fill in the information and sign in the required place then email it back to us.
If applicable, you may submit multiple quotes.
