Prospective bidder will prepare 130 Bushels of Cultured Multi-Generation Oyster Clusters. The Oyster clusters will be transported to the Sturgeon City Environmental Center 815 New Bridge Street, Jacksonville, NC), where they will be loaded on boats for relay to the designated New River Estuary Oyster Highway reef sites, as directed by CoJ staff.
