All quotes are due on 7/29/19 by 9:00 a.m. for the purchase of POLICE BALLISTIC VESTS. Interested bidders must sign this Request for Quotes and either email it to mamitchell@jacksonvillenc.gov or deliver to Mary Ann Mitchell at the Finance Division at Jacksonville City Hall located at 815 New Bridge Street, Jacksonville, NC 28540.

The quantities listed are not guaranteed to be purchased. These vests will be fitted and ordered at various times throughout our fiscal year (July 1, 2019 through June 30, 2020) and to be delivered as needed through June 30, 2020.
Fitting appointments shall be coordinated with our Police Department and shall be within 7 business days of our request for an appointment. Fittings for vests will need to be in person with a capable, experienced representative of the Vendor.
