RFQ-CT.Uniforms-06222022 - POLICE UNIFORMS for 7/1/2022 to 6/30/2023

All quotes are due on 6/28/2022 by 10:00 a.m. for the purchase of POLICE UNIFORMS for the period of 7/1/2022 to 6/30/2023.  Interested bidders must sign this Request for Quotes and either email it to mamitchell@jacksonvillenc.gov or deliver to Mary Ann Mitchell at the Accounting Division at Jacksonville City Hall located at 815 New Bridge Street, Jacksonville, NC 28540. 


 To expedite the ordering process, Vendor must be able to offer online ordering for all items listed below. Items listed shall be specific to the City of Jacksonville Police Department.  Vendor must be able and authorized to accept City of Jacksonville Procurement Card for purchases of additional items not listed below, when needed.   It will be necessary for some fittings for uniforms to be in person at our facility with a qualified representative.  Fitting appointments shall be coordinated with our Police Department and shall be within 7 days of our request for an appointment, unless otherwise negotiated.  For Vendors within 80 miles of the City of Jacksonville Police Department, fittings may be scheduled at Vendor location upon our request and discretion.
