All quotes are due on  4/23/19 by 1:00 p.m. for the purchase of POLICE VEHICLE GRAPHICS –  2006 FORD PADDY WAGON TRANSPORT VAN.    Interested bidders may provide a quote or complete and sign this Request for Quote along with color examples of work and either email it to mamitchell@jacksonvillenc.gov or deliver to Mary Ann Mitchell at the Accounting Department at Jacksonville City Hall located at 815 New Bridge Street, Jacksonville, NC 28540.   *Vendor must supply at least two (2) color photo examples of their work with bid package. 
 
*Vendor must be able to complete work on City of Jacksonville property or have the ability to coordinate delivery to and from their facility within reasonable distance from the City of Jacksonville within specific time limits that will be set by the City.
 
 
***If you have not performed this type of work for the City of Jacksonville within the last two (2) years, you must supply with your quote Two (2) current Letters of Recommendation from a Police Deparment for similar work. Letters must be dated within the last twelve (12) months and must contain specific items installed, as well as, a contact name and number for verification.
