All quotes are due on 3/16/2023 by 4:00 PM. If not currently a Vendor for The City of Jacksonville, the successful bidder must provide a Vendor Application and W-9 to the City of Jacksonville. The City is exempt from Federal Excise Tax. Our Federal Tax Identification Number is 56-6000232. The City is not exempt from NC State & County Sales Tax. Taxes will not be shown on Purchase Order; however, such taxes shall be shown as a separate item on all invoices. The Vendor must accept City of Jacksonville Purchase Order and the Terms and Conditions.
