The City of Jacksonville is seeking quotes for the procurement and installation of Cabinets and Countertops for the employee breakroom kitchen. All quotes are due by 12:00 p.m. on October 6, 2023 for the Cabinets and Countertops noted on this Request for Bids.
Interested bidders must sign this Request for Bids and either email it to Wesley Foy at wfoy@jacksonvillenc.gov or deliver it to the Public Services Department, Engineering Division, at Jacksonville City Hall, 815 New Bridge Street, Jacksonville, NC 28540.
The City of Jacksonville is requesting bids for all plywood construction cabinets, solid surfaces countertops. Bids should include all materials, installation, delivery and tax. The City is not exempt from NC State & County Sales Tax.
Specifications
The Cabinets, Countertops, and fittings and accessories will be located in the City Hall employee break room. Attached to this RFB are the plans for these cabinets and countertops and should be utilized for measurements and placement of cabinets and countertops.
Attention should be given to the General Notes section in order to understand ADA compliances and specifics on what is being required. Please note on A1 Drawing that REF, ICE, FRESH, COFF, MIC, TV, and all furniture is shown ONLY for reference.
Do not include any of these items in the quote.
