The City of Jacksonville is soliciting quotes in support of the City’s Bulk Oil Inventory. The term of this procurement begins July 1, 2021 and ends June 30, 2022. The City is asking for a guaranteed price during this contract period. The City will select items that are most advantageous to the City. The City of Jacksonville reserves the right to create several Purchase Orders with multiple vendors out of this Request for Bids (RFB).
Please provide a price on all oil types. If you are unable to supply an item, please note that on your bid. Your unit cost must include delivery to the City of Jacksonville Fleet Maintenance Center located at 350 South Marine Boulevard, Building C, Jacksonville, NC 28540 and any other applicable fees.
All bids shall be submitted no later than 3:00 PM EST on June 15, 2021. Proposals may be emailed in to adjordjevic@jacksonvillenc.gov and erichards@jacksonvillenc.gov. In order for this to be considered a responsive bid, the attachment must have all information keyed and returned in the same MS-Excel format as well as signed copies of the bid form and Form A. The responsibility for submitting proposals (including all documents requested herein) is solely and strictly that of the vendor. City of Jacksonville is not responsible for delays caused by any other occurrence.
