Summary of Specifications:
The City of Jacksonville will require appraisal services from a NC Certified Real Estate
Appraiser. Required services will include preparation of a Uniform Residential Appraisal
Report for 444 Myrtlewood Circle (Parcel #024524, Map #346F-118) and 446 Myrtlewood
Circle (Parcel #007477, Map #346F-117).
The award of a contract under this solicitation will be paid with federal funding. Funding is
contingent upon compliance with all terms and conditions of funding award. All prospective
vendors shall comply with all applicable federal laws, regulations, executive orders, Grantor
requirements and the terms and conditions of the funding award. In addition, vendors
providing submittals shall be responsible for complying with state law and local ordinances.
The City is seeking to enter into a contractual agreement with a vendor to provide the
services contained within this RFP.
If your firm is interested in providing services to the City of Jacksonville, please respond by
Thursday, April 22, 2021 at 10:00AM. The City requires in addition to this quote, a
letter of interest, a brief description of experience in the Onslow County area, a listing of
general experience in the area of community development, and a cost per parcel for
Appraisal Reports.

inspect the project areas, and can schedule an appointment at (910) 938-5286.
The concept of this solicitation is that all vendors meet City requirements of proper
equipment, labor, General Liability, Automobile Liability, and Worker’s Compensation
insurances, and abide by City, State, or OSHA mandated safety policies for their employees.
Indicate your firm’s average response time for preparation of individual reports. The City
may consider efficiency and experience, as well as, cost in the selection process.
