The City of Jacksonville is requesting Proposals for On-Call Disaster Recovery Services, located in Jacksonville, North Carolina:
Description: The City of Jacksonville incurred significant damage during Hurricane Florence in September 2018. As a result, the City of Jacksonville
is seeking qualified firms to provide planning, management, and consulting services to oversee its Disaster Recovery Services via a three (2) year Master
On-Call Agreement. Attached you will find a “Request for Proposals”, which identifies the services that will be required to oversee these programs.
In order to be considered, all proposals must be submitted in writing no later than 4:00 PM (EST) on March 1, 2022. Firms mailing proposal packages should allow delivery
time to ensure timely receipt of their proposal. The responsibility for getting the proposal to the City of Jacksonville Planning Division on or before the specified time and date
is solely and strictly the responsibility of the proposing firm. The City will in no way be responsible for delays caused by any occurrence. Proposals may be hand carried or mailed to:

The award of a contract under this solicitation may be paid with federal funding. Funding is contingent upon compliance with all terms and conditions of funding award.
All prospective firms shall comply with all applicable federal laws, regulations, executive orders, FEMA requirements and the terms and conditions of the funding award. In addition,
firms providing submittals shall be responsible for complying with state law and local ordinances.
The City of Jacksonville reserves the right to waive any informalities, to reject any and all responses. No proposal will be received or accepted after 4:00 PM, EST, March 1, 2022.
Late Proposals will be deemed invalid and returned unopened to the firm.
