The City of Jacksonville is requesting proposals from experienced firms for Debris Monitoring Services on an as-needed basis.
The City will contract with qualified Consultant(s) to assist in the monitoring of disaster debris collection and disposal operations
within its jurisdictional boundaries ensuring compliance with Federal (FEMA and FHWA) requirements and City debris management
plans as related to Debris Monitoring Consultant(s) oversight, truck certification, load ticket preparation and issuing, report preparation,
and project administration. The work must be done in accordance with the FEMA Public Assistance Program and Policy Guide and all
included references.
Acceptance by the City of any submittal to this Request for Proposals for Debris Monitoring
Services shall not constitute or warrant a contract. The City is not responsible for the cost
associated with preparing a proposal and/or participating in an interview.
All payments under the contract resulting from this Request for Proposal (RFP) shall be made
only for services requested and approved by the City. No work effort will begin without written
authorization (Notice to Proceed) from the City. No retainer shall be paid in order to keep the
Contract in effect.
Sealed Proposals are due at 2:00 p.m. EST on Friday, July 14, 2023, and may be mailed,
