SITE VISIT: Prospective bidders are URGED and CAUTIONED to visit the site of the project and apprise themselves of all conditions, which will affect the performance of the work called for or reasonably implied by the Request for Proposal. Site visit for this proposal will be Wednesday May 4, 2022 @ 10:00 a.m. at Parkwood Elementary School, 2900 Northwoods Dr, Jacksonville, NC 28540. Submission of a bid shall constitute sufficient evidence of this compliance and no allowance will be made for unreported conditions, which a prudent bidder would recognize as affecting the performance of the work called for in this Invitation for Proposals.
