1) Tasks Required: a) Provide a representative to be available for a minimum of three in person planning meetings and take minutes of each planning meeting and provide copies of the minutes to each member of the planning team. b) Provide a platform and be available for a minimum of five virtual meetings with the Burke County Exercise Planning Team. c) Develop the Ex-plan and provide a copy of each participant of the exercise. d) Develop the necessary injects to meet the exercise objectives. e) Provide a HOTWASH at the end of the exercise, including a printed Participant feedback form to each participant. f) The contractor shall provide a hold-harmless agreement for each participant to sign and include Buke County as one of the hold harmless members. g) Develop and provide 5 hard copies of the After-Action Report Improvement Plan to the exercise planning committee within 30 days of completion of the exercise. 2) Logistics a) The contractor shall provide all media equipment for the exercise Base Camp (message boards, informational signage, etc.) b) The contractor shall provide all necessary furnishing for the Command Post positions (including desks, tables, chairs etc.)...
