Johnston County Public School (JCPS) has rebid this project and is seeking a 3-year contract for English Language Arts Curriculum / Instructional Materials as described in this RFP to support comprehensive English Language Arts teaching and learning. Johnston County Public Schools will pay on an annual basis contingent on funding. The criteria for these materials include: ● must align to the North Carolina Standard Course of Study for ELA ● coherent in design ● include materials for comprehension instruction that include sufficiently complex literary and informational texts ● leverage ELA in the context of driving learning and student performance ● support teachers to fully implement the curriculum, understand the skills and learning of their students, and support a range of learners ● demonstrate the instructional model/approach and research-based strategies utilized
