Specifications include, but are not limited to: a) List all markets (wholesale and domestic) accessible for quoting and placement of professional liability, and for each marked listed, provide AM Best Rating and Financial Strength. b) Provide details on how Vendor proposes to market professional liability for solicitation of quotes as outlined in limits and coverage, defined in 5.1 GENERAL. c) Provide details on proposed webpage/website design and include details on how Vendor proposes to establish web accessibility. d) Provide details on any additional professional liability coverages that may be available through proposed markets. e) Provide details on services Vendor proposes to NCDPI and include details of vendors available to negotiate with markets on coverage and modifications of coverage to the professional liability contract. f) Provide details on services Vendor will provide on the annual quoting and placement of professional liability.
