Main program spaces are Gym, Stage, Media Center, Dining, Kitchen, Classrooms, and Offices. The exterior finish consists of utility brick, aluminum curtainwall, storefront, and insulated metal panels. The roof system is metal decking on open web joists with adhered single ply membrane on rigid insulation. The building is sprinkled. The mechanical system is a 4 pipe system with fan coil units, air cooled chiller and ERV. The total site is approximately 10.23 acres located between Patterson Ave and Ivy Street. Sitework includes: site grading, site utilities, asphalt paving, concrete sidewalks, landscaping and exterior signage. This is a brownfields site.
