Specifications include, but are not limited to: • Repair and resurface ten (10) all weather pickleball courts (as needed). • Prepare courts to receive new surface, clean and scrape courts of all loose materials, dirt, foreign matter and debris. • Patch all structural cracks, dings, voids, etc. in the asphalt surface using an acrylic patch binder. • Apply application of non-slip coating to ensure player safety. • Proper line striping for pickleball court dimensions and boundaries. • If needed sand and repaint net post using Rustoluem (color: black) • Comply with local building codes and regulations. • Clean jobsite, dispose of all debris and prepare courts for use. • Comply with industry standards and guidelines for pickleball court construction and resurfacing. • Adhere United States Pickle Ball Association (USAPA) guidelines for court dimensions and Markings. • Use High-quality, durable materials suitable for outdoor sport surfaces. • Comply with local building codes and regulations. • Implement environmentally friendly practices. where applicable.
