Specifications include, but are not limited to: a) Trial Assistant and hearing recording services for all Special Deputy Commissioner Inmate Tort hearings and Penalty and Enforcement hearings. b) Trial Assistant and hearing recording services for all Deputy Commissioner hearings. c) Trial Assistant and hearing recording services for all Full Commission hearings. d) Trial Assistant and hearing recording services for all Industrial Commission public hearings. e) Preparation of original verbatim transcript (with any exhibits that are part of the record attached) for all Industrial Commission hearing recordings in cases where the decision has been appealed to the Full Commission of the Industrial Commission. f) Preparation of original verbatim transcript (with any exhibits that are part of the record attached) for all Industrial Commission hearing recordings in cases where the decision has been appealed to the North Carolina Court of Appeals. g) Preparation of original verbatim transcript (with any exhibits that are part of the record attached) for all Industrial Commission public hearing recordings. h) Preparation of original verbatim transcript for all Industrial Commission hearing recordings in cases where a party of record requests a hearing transcript from the Vendor but the case has not been appealed. On any given business day, the Industrial Commission may require Trial Assistant and hearing recording services at up to eight (8) separate hearing sites. These hearing sites may be located throughout the State of North Carolina and/or may be remote hearings conducted via videoconference. Through either one Vendor or a combination of more than one Vendor, there must be the ability to provide the Industrial Commission with Trial Assistant and hearing recording services at up to eight (8) separate hearing sites per business day.
