The Floodplain Management group within the Stormwater Division is seeking data management support to ensure compliance with aspects of the National Flood Insurance Program and provide strong floodplain management service to City residents. Tasks include data extraction and error detection for elevation certificates, regulatory document management, substantial damage/substantial improvement tracking, integration with Cityworks and Energov platforms, and development of a public-facing floodplain management website. The geospatial platform developed to accomplish all required activities will maintain up-to-date data from all relevant City, State, and Federal sources. Confidentiality will be maintained for sensitive information using proper user role and permissions. The Awarded Contractor will provide all software and services including onboarding, licensing, and support.
