Specifications include, but are not limited to: It is also understood that the Contractor must be licensed by the North Carolina Department of Motor Vehicles, or a certified Driver Education teacher as required by the State Department of Public Instruction and will agree to provide Driver Education instruction to eligible enrolled students of CCS in accordance with the Driver Education program and curriculum plan adopted by the Contractor and approved by the Board of Education. Enrolled students covered by this agreement will be taught pursuant to the provisions of the Motor Vehicle Laws of North Carolina, Article 14, North Carolina General Statue 20-322 through 20-324, consisting of thirty (30) hours of classroom education and six (6) hours of behind-the-wheel training
