1. The operator will provide concessions, at minimum, during all Town organized athletic games. Operators are permitted, but not required, to open the South Park concession during Splash Pad operation hours (Memorial Day-Labor Day, 10am-7pm). The ability to cover splash pad operations will be considered for bid scoring for South Park concessions. 2. The Operator shall be responsible for the entire operation of concessions at each location and in connection therewith shall (1) provide all equipment required; (2) keep concession area and equipment in an safe and sanitary condition and meet all health standards of the Wake County Health Department and/or State of North Carolina; (3) maintain the facility in as good condition as the same area in the beginning of this Agreement, fair wear and tear excepted. *Fleming Loop Recreation Park, Falcon Park, Ballentine Park, Honeycutt Park, South Park, Action Park, and the Community Center currently have non-commercial refrigerators provided; however, if equipment fails, the Town is not responsible for replacement.
