Specifications/Qualifications • Capabilities and Services: o Full-service agency - Vendors should offer comprehensive services that include but are not limited to, creative development, media buying, digital and print marketing, community outreach, and analytics. o Multichannel strategy - Vendors should have experience with campaigns that integrate digital, print, social media, radio/streaming, and grassroots/community channels. o Creative development - Vendors should provide media planning and buying services across targeted platforms, including (when applicable) digital, print, out-of-home (OOH), radio/streaming, and TV advertising, while optimizing reach and budget allocation. o Vendors must offer translation services and create culturally appropriate content in both English and Spanish.
