Specifications include, but are not limited to: The purpose of this request for proposal is to establish an all-inclusive service contract consisting of complete janitorial services ranging from daily cleaning schedules to annual services, including all necessary labor, supervision, materials, and equipment in order to keep all campus buildings clean and properly supplied. Southeastern Community College currently has 16 buildings located on the main campus totaling 251,996 square feet. Southeastern Community College consists of one main campus located in Whiteville, NC. SCC is a comprehensive community college providing educational services and occupational training for the area’s adult population. The college offers curriculum courses, continuing education classes, basic skills instruction and also houses the Columbus Career and College Academy. During the past year, approximately 1,000 students were on campus during the fall and spring semesters. Approximately 250 students were on campus during the summer semester. SCC has approximately 170 full-time employees on campus
